How quickly do you respond to hiring enquiries?+
A consultant will be in touch within one business day. For confidential or executive search briefs we'll arrange a discovery call within 48 hours.
What's your engagement model?+
Retained for executive and confidential search; contingent for specialist permanent recruitment; on day-rate or contract-to-hire for interim. We'll recommend the right model on the discovery call.
Do you offer a replacement guarantee?+
Yes — standard replacement terms on permanent search, agreed in writing at engagement.
Can you handle contract and interim hires?+
Yes — alongside permanent search, we deliver contract and interim specialists for project, transformation and leadership cover.
For candidates
Do I have to pay to submit my CV?+
No. Candidates never pay EPS — we are paid by the employers we work with.
How confidential is my CV?+
Strictly confidential. We never send your CV to a client without your explicit consent for the specific opportunity.
What if I don't hear back?+
We try to respond to every CV. If a consultant doesn't reach out it usually means there isn't a current match in our active mandates — your details remain on file for future roles.
Will you give me honest feedback?+
Yes — including on salary expectations, CV positioning and interview performance. That's the value of working with a consultant.
